CONSTELLATIONS - BLUE
Size: 36" x 80"
In our galaxy alone, we have observed the existence of around 300 billion stars. On a very dark night, around 6,500 stars can be observed with the naked eye. Constellations were created for identifying clusters of stars. Constellations are used as mnemonics, visual guides for farming and navigation. This print of the Pegasus, Aquarius and Andromeda constellations is an illustration of the 17th century engravings by Johannes Hevelius.
